Founded in Charleston, SC in 2023, our roots can be traced back to our time spent working alongside the legendary Pitmaster Rodney Scott at his whole hog BBQ restaurant in Charleston, SC. Influenced by the traditional Southern cooking techniques learned during those years, we have crafted a dining experience that pays homage to the history and flavors of authentic barbecue.

Our commitment to using primitive techniques, such as slow smoking over red oak wood, ensures that each dish we serve is infused with a depth of flavor that is truly unique.
